as the reliability of its products and the level of support provided
for them. Telegenix support staff is highly trained with decades of
experience in servicing the call centre/data centre industry. Our field service engineers are strategically located ensuring our customers the quickest possible response.
Telegenix support and installation teams provide on-site
installation and repair. We offer a complete 6-month warranty covering
all parts and labour on our products. After the warranty period
you can choose a full service maintenance contract or be inv oiced on
a time and materials basis.
A service technician guides
the customer through the pre-installations process for each order
received. Telegenix provides documentation that illustrates the customer's
pre-installations requirements and details which services the Telegenix installation team will be providing. This
process ensures on-time delivery and on schedule installation.
